Delivery Information:
We endeavour to despatch most goods within 7 working days of receipt of a cleared payment unless a minimum order period has been specified, however on rare occasions it may be necessary to allow up to 28 days for delivery of products you have purchased on the www.casagorge.co.uk website.
All orders will be delivered to a single UK address (includes: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Scottish Isles).

Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items (where seals exist on packaging etc) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
We will not accept returns of items that have had the swing tags removed where present. If the item / goods have had the swing tag removed then we will not accept the return of the item / goods.
Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, the following items may not be returned: personalised goods / goods made to a customer's specifications.
The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you. All original packing and labelling must be included with the returned item. Where your order is returned to us within 7 working days of your delivery, or you
notify us in writing or by email of your wish to cancel your order within this period. This is with the exception of multiple items that have been ordered for comparison reasons. The items will be refunded with the exception of postage and a 15% handling fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your
return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank or Paypal to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please be sure to include your name, address and telephone number and send the merchandise using registered post or other secure and insured method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return.
Please make sure that you ask for the goods to be insured up to the level of the original inclusive price as www.casagorge.co.uk will not be held responsible for any goods that are lost by your chosen postal service.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
